Give the citation help its own page and add an annotation-tools section
Move the citation help out of the FAQ into a dedicated documentation page
(doc/citation), add a "References / Citation Help" entry as the last
documentation menu item and repoint the footer, corpus-page and news
links to it; the FAQ keeps an anchor that links onward to the new page.
Add a third references section, "Annotation and classification tools",
listing the tools the ingestion pipeline uses -- TreeTagger (Schmid
1994), MaltParser (Nivre et al. 2006), OpenNLP (Apache Software
Foundation), CoreNLP (Manning et al. 2014), UDPipe (Straka 2018), spaCy
(Honnibal et al. 2020), the wiki-taxonomy classifier (Ecker & Kupietz
2026) and korapxmltool (Kupietz et al. 2026) -- moving the wiki-taxonomy
and korapxmltool entries here from the corpus/tool lists.
