Switch to docker based tei2korapxml Change-Id: I249e20013da59bae3df1240db2f538280dc454ec
Converts I5 XML files to KorAP XML, annotates them with TreeTagger, Marmot, Malt, Spacy, CoreNLP, OpenNLP, indexes them and starts a KorAP instance.
make
Then open http://localhost:64543 in your browser.
