+         <s> In Kürze soll der Bundestag über den Regierungsentwurf zur Verfassungsänderung betreffend ÖPP für Verkehr und Bildung entscheiden (http://dipbt.bundestag.de/extrakt/ba/WP18/786/78664.html).</s> 
+         <s>Momentan wird der Vorschlag noch kontrovers diskutiert (vgl. http://www.berliner-zeitung.de/wirtschaft/autobahn-privatisierung-spd-taeuscht-die-eigenen-genossen-26972860).</s> 
+         <s>Da die Legislaturperiode sich allerdings dem Ende zuneigt, dürfte (vorerst) mit dem geplanten Beschluss oder alternativ einer Vertagung ein fester Zwischenstand erreicht sein.</s>
