Readme: say when an authorized application is needed, and when not

The authorization section explained how to get a token, but not when one
is needed, so that every example reaching for auth() looked like a rule
of collocationAnalysis() rather than a consequence of what it queries.

The distinction that matters is not corpus by corpus but frequency
against KWIC: counts cover the whole corpus in either case, so
frequencyQuery(), corpusStats() and collocationScoreQuery() need no token
even on DeReKo - as the Readme's own first example, which queries it
unauthorized, showed all along. Only the snippets of copyrighted texts
are withheld, which is what corpusQuery(metadataOnly = FALSE) and
collocationAnalysis() are after.

And even that follows the licenses of individual texts: DeReKo's Wikipedia
corpora hand out their snippets to anyone, and the Wikipedia talk pages at
instance/wiki and instance/english are under a Creative Commons license
throughout. Both were checked against the live servers: they answer a
plain KorAPConnection() with KWIC snippets.

Change-Id: Ic43cca97a4acf5b6dcc20bf384842d9171cf1d43
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
",
