Regenerate documentation with roxygen2 8.1.0

roxygen2 8.1.0 groups multiple importFrom() symbols from the same package
into a single multi-line call, which rewrites most of NAMESPACE. The change
is purely cosmetic: the set of imports, exports and S3 methods is unchanged
(136 entries before and after).
