Label the previously unlabelled\ncran-comments section 1.2.1.\n\nAlso record the KorAPConnection() documentation fix of the preceding\ncommit in NEWS.md and explain it in cran-comments.md: the first 1.3.0\nsubmission was rejected by the incoming pretest with the \"Rd files\nwithout \\usage\" NOTE on r-devel-linux-x86_64-debian-gcc and -clang.\n\nR CMD check --as-cran Status OK (0 errors, 0 warnings, 0 notes) locally\non Fedora 44 with R 4.6.1, including the Rd fix.
